Terms of Service

Effective date: May 16, 2026. These terms govern your access to and use of SpamPilot.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SpamPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

SpamPilot is provided for business users who want to monitor email deliverability, DNS authentication, blacklist status, inbox placement, alerts, reports, team access, billing, and account settings.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that use false information, abuse the service, or violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use SpamPilot only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You must not use SpamPilot to send spam, perform unauthorized testing, abuse third-party systems, attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with platform security or availability.

4. Email Deliverability Testing

SpamPilot performs deliverability checks using DNS lookups, blacklist checks, inbox placement tests, seed inboxes, monitoring jobs, and related technical systems.

Deliverability results are informational and may vary because inbox providers, DNS records, blocklists, spam filters, and email infrastructure can change without notice.

We do not guarantee inbox placement, revenue outcomes, campaign performance, or uninterrupted monitoring accuracy.

5. Plans, Billing, and Usage Limits

Some features may be limited by plan, usage quota, billing status, or account configuration.

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize the applicable charges and agree to the pricing shown at checkout.

Plan limits, prices, and included features may change over time. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users.

6. Third-Party Services

SpamPilot may rely on third-party services including Supabase, Razorpay, Resend, SendGrid, Vercel, GitHub Actions, Slack, DNS providers, email providers, and blacklist data sources.

Your use of integrations or third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or actions by third-party providers.

7. Customer Data

You retain ownership of the domains, settings, reports, team information, alert preferences, and other data you provide to SpamPilot.

You grant us permission to process customer data as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SpamPilot complies with applicable laws and any obligations you have to your own users, customers, or team members.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep SpamPilot reliable, but the service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, upgrades, outages, provider failures, or technical issues.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed. We are not liable for downtime, data delays, monitoring gaps, or temporary loss of access.

9. Intellectual Property

SpamPilot, including its software, interface, branding, design, documentation, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors.

These terms do not grant you ownership of SpamPilot or any intellectual property rights in the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using SpamPilot at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the platform abusively.

After termination, we may delete or retain data as required by law, operational needs, fraud prevention, backup systems, or our privacy practices.

11. Disclaimers

SpamPilot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpamPilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or email campaign losses.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to SpamPilot in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continuing to use SpamPilot after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
